At Gifted by Moni, we make sure every gift reaches your loved ones safely and on time. All domestic deliveries within India are typically completed within 3–5 business days.

Please ensure your delivery details, including address and contact number, are accurate. Gifted by Moni is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

We partner with trusted courier companies like FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees.

  • Orders above ₹800: Free shipping

  • Orders below ₹800: ₹49 shipping fee applies

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Note: We currently ship within India only.


Returns & Replacements

Replacements are offered only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or broken

  • Wrong product is delivered

Refunds are not provided — only replacements are issued for eligible cases.

If items are missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will resolve it promptly.

If an order is returned due to delivery failure, you may:

  • Have it reshipped (additional shipping charges apply)

  • Receive a refund after deducting shipping costs and the value of any personalized or non-reusable items


Cancellation

  • Personalized Gifts: Cannot be cancelled once the order is placed

  • Non-Personalized Gifts: Cannot be cancelled once the order has been packed or dispatched

If cancellation is possible, a 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund.
